How do I know if a product is right for me?
Sometimes, there is no way to tell for sure unless you try it. Usually, however, you can make an educated guess by examining the product’s label and ingredient list.
How long is your processing period?
We normally take 3-5 processing days before your actual product is shipped out. Sometimes your order may need to be made or if it is in stock we can get it to you faster.
How do I find out my skin type?
Typically, skin is classified in just a few categories, including normal, oily, dry, and sensitive. If you have combination skin, it means your skin is one type in one area and another type in another area (oily around your T-zone but normal everywhere else, for instance). Your skin type can change over time and can also be affected by factors such as hormones, medications, and diet. To get a good idea of what your skin type might be, wash it gently and leave it product-free for several hours before examining it closely to observe different areas.
How long does your scrubs last?
Our sugar scrubs that have fresh fruit or dry fruit in it can last for 2-3 months from date of purchase and our salt scrubs can last up to 5-6 months from the date of purchase
Do You carry bigger sizes?
The products that you see come in one size and they are created in those sizes because our products are natural so they are not created to last forever, so we keep them in reasonable sizes that the average customer will use. We are working on carrying even smaller sizes which is part of or mini series but you would mainly see that in our whipped body butters and also around the holiday times which will be also great to purchase as stocking stuffers.
Do you create custom orders?
Yes we create custom orders, if you want a specific scrub, whipped body butter, soap bar, etc we can make it for you but it will have to be made with ingredients we would normally have in stock.
